Get in touch

Please tell us your device (for example “iPhone 15” or “Pixel 8”), its system version, and the level number if it’s about a particular puzzle. A screenshot always helps. We usually reply within a few working days.

Quick fixes

No sound

Open Settings (the cog, top right in a level, or on the title screen) and check Sound is on.
Check your device isn’t on silent and the volume is up.

No vibration

Turn on Vibration in the game’s Settings.
On iPhone, check Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics is on.

Restoring Remove Ads

Open the Shop (the ★ button) and tap Restore purchases.
Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it, and that you’re online.
Remove Ads stays with you even if you reset your progress.

Starting again

Open Settings → Reset progress and confirm. This wipes your stars, levels, Shop items and achievements on this device. Sound and vibration settings, and Remove Ads, are kept.

Can’t finish a level?

Tap the light bulb for a hint: it shows the next few pieces of the best route. Using a hint caps that level at two stars.
Cows and the express train are all about timing. Hold the BRAKE button as you reach them, or wait for a gap.

Your progress

Make it Train has no accounts. Your progress is saved only on your device, so it isn’t moved to a new phone automatically, and uninstalling the app removes it. Your Remove Ads purchase can always be restored from the store.

Devices

Make it Train runs on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, in portrait or landscape. It plays fully offline.
